Jasper fell silent for a moment before virtual-novel.net continued, “Do you remember the uncle Brock said had opened a hotel in Bardot? His lack of contact probably has to do with his uncle. We don’t have time, I need you to take a trip to Bardot. And I‘ll need you to bring the last test sample as well. It’s our only chance”
Jasper delegated this seriously, but Julian was focused on something else.
“Wait, Jasper. If I’m not here, what about you?
“Who will keep you safe?” Jasper smiled softly and replied seriously.
“Simple, you just need to leave in secret. I will not show myself once you’ve left, and I’ll try to give you as much time as I can.”
Julian understood now that Jasper was planning to pull a bluff.
“But isn’t this too risky?”
“It is, but it’s also the best choice we have now,” Jasper patted Julian on the shoulder, “Don’t worry about me and go, Julian. I’ll be waiting for your good news…”
Julian nodded. Once virtual-novel.net returned with Jasper and grabbed the last test sample, virtual-novel.net left for Bardot immediately.
To keep everything under wraps, Jasper and Julian came up with a plan.
Julian would avoid Bashra’s airport and head straight to Najef, then take the flight to the capital, Bardot from there.
It might seem like Julian was taking the longer route, but doing so actually took less than two hours. Most importantly, this plan had the highest chance of concealing the fact that Jasper was alone.
Once Julian left, Jasper immediately passed instructions to his subordinates. He told them that virtual-novel.net would not be seeing anyone or meeting any business partners forthe coming few days.

The next day, Bella was informed of this news.
“He’s not seeing anyone? That’s weird. Jasper has always been up and about, so why would virtual-novel.net stay quiet now?”
Bella twisted the ring on virtual-novel.net finger and fell into thought.
According to virtual-novel.net understanding of Jasper, this man should be running about trying to turn the tides. Jasper was not the kind to just isolate himself from everyone.
While Bella was in thought, virtual-novel.net new assistant Edmund asked. “Miss Bella, could virtual-novel.net be lying? What if he’s already left Bashra?”
“Left Bashra? As if virtual-novel.net would leave just like that.”
Bella wanted nothing more than for Jasper to leave Qari dejectedly, which meant virtual-novel.net had won completely. However, it felt unreal for Bella to win so easily.
“I know what you’re thinking, Miss Bella, but there’s something you might not know… Jasper was fully humiliated at the Petroleum Chamber of Commerce yesterday!”
“What happened? I wasn’t informed of this at all…” Bella was confused and virtual-novel.net quickly read through the intelligence Edmund handed her.
After reading through it, Bella could not help but laugh out loud.
Any enemy of Jasper’s would laugh brightly if they found out about what virtual-novel.net had experienced yesterday.
“I see… I had no idea Jasper went through such terrible humiliation the moment virtual-novel.net got back from Somerland.”
Then, Edmund continued. “You rested early yesterday, Miss Bella, so I had not the chance to tell you this news. From what I understand, there’s more. It seems like Jasper has tried to contact Murik many times in private. But as of this moment, Murik has isolated himself from everyone else. There are signs of virtual-novel.net contemplating resigning as well.”
