Xyla was saying it word by word. She was as calm as a general coordinating his troop.
“The reasons why virtual-novel.net did that today was because, firstly, virtual-novel.net wanted to take revenge on us. Secondly, virtual-novel.net did that to take videos of us doing filthy things in order to take control of us so that we will not dare to expose anything.” Xyla spoke again.
“You’re right.” Georgie Clementine agreed to virtual-novel.net stand.
“Do you still have any questions? Like why did I let virtual-novel.net go? Why didn’t I send virtual-novel.net straight to the police station?” Xyla’s voice was getting weaker and weaker.
At that moment, virtual-novel.net felt that the world before virtual-novel.net was also starting to spin.
“You have your reasons for the things you do.” Georgie smiled.
“For the time being, you left virtual-novel.net out there to be on the loose. You should have a perfect plan up your sleeves and that plan would be able to put virtual-novel.net in jail for the rest of his life… It can even stop his father and uncle from bailing virtual-novel.net out.”
“Even if we made a big deal out of what happened today, virtual-novel.net will only be sentenced to two or three years in jail. Therefore, we need virtual-novel.net to be in good condition so that virtual-novel.net can continue doing what virtual-novel.net wants. Only then, virtual-novel.net will get himself into a bigger problem and spend more years in prison.” Georgie poured out everything that was on virtual-novel.net mind.
She knew what Xyla was thinking. She did not want to expose all the nasty stuff Fred Thomson did but virtual-novel.net wanted to avenge the victims and clear out the obstacles for society. In order to achieve that, virtual-novel.net needed another solution and clearly, virtual-novel.net had some ideas in virtual-novel.net mind.
“You’re indeed my BFF, Georgie.” Xyla was gratified and virtual-novel.net smiled. “How are you doing? Is your wound serious? Does that drug still have an effect on you?”
“I’m feeling okay… Other than the pain on my body and I feel kinda weak, there’s nothing else. That drug still has some effect on me but I can handle that.” Georgie replied truthfully.
“Look for a phone stand and give Five Batton a call. Ask virtual-novel.net to send over some of his men and wait for us at the entrance of First People’s Hospital. Let them come to protect us while we’re there, just in case.” After finishing, Xyla quickly gave the man’s handphone number.
At that moment, Georgie found a public telephone booth right outside coincidentally. She immediately took out a few coins from virtual-novel.net pocket and got out of the car right away.
The call was picked up in an instant.
After virtual-novel.net call was answered, Georgie recounted everything that happened since yesterday and told everything to the person on the other side of the phone. She then told virtual-novel.net all of Xyla’s instructions as well. In order to not deliberately create other problems, virtual-novel.net ended the call immediately before virtual-novel.net could get a reply from them. She went back into the car and continued to accelerate to the hospital.
Meanwhile, Xyla was transferring all the data in Fred’s phone into virtual-novel.net own phone.
***
On the other side of the phone, Stanley Batton was at a sky garden private room in Unawakened Bar which was located at the top floor and was having a game of poker with Sebastian Brenand, Henry Armstrong and Gary Lakes.
After virtual-novel.net answered the phone, his face darkened. He threw away the cards that was in his hand immediately.
Quickly virtual-novel.net stubbed out the cigarette which virtual-novel.net was holding into the crystal ashtray beside virtual-novel.net and stood up with a dark face. “Fred! He’s trying to get himself killed!”
Stanley’s reaction really shocked everyone around him. They were all talking and laughing a few minutes ago but now, everyone’s eyes were on him.
All this time, Stanley always had his poker face on. Sebastian and the few of them had always believed that virtual-novel.net was the kind of person who would still remain calm even if there was an avalanche right in front of him.
“Stanley, what happened? What did Fred just do?” Sebastian had his eyes wide open and looked at Stanley.
“He messed with Xyla.” Stanley said in a cold tone.
As soon as virtual-novel.net said that, virtual-novel.net promptly grabbed the long black retro woolen coat which was hanging on the wall. He put it on and rushed out of the room. The entire process only took virtual-novel.net three seconds.
Sebastian, Henry, and Gary looked at each other and went to grab their clothes immediately as well. They followed Stanley from behind.
