“Tom, you really are cruel!” Emily yelled through gritted teeth.
“Yeah, I am very cruel. Why don’t you get a divorce? Why don’t you get rid of me? Just take the money I’m offering and get lost. What are you thinking? You really are a lowly b*tch!” Tom Sullivan raised his voice and stared at virtual-novel.net face like virtual-novel.net was staring at his enemy.
Tom absolutely hated this woman. He was determined to get a divorce. His words hit Emily like a truck. She was now bawling virtual-novel.net eyes out. Emily felt as if Tom had just torn virtual-novel.net heart apart.
“Tom, this is too much,” Emily said while virtual-novel.net clutched the divorce agreement tightly. The white sheets were now all crumpled.
“If you don’t want me to do this, sign the papers,” Tom said. He had been trying to negotiate with virtual-novel.net for so long in the nicest way possible, but virtual-novel.net repeatedly rejected him. How else could virtual-novel.net achieve his objective if virtual-novel.net didn’t use drastic measures?
“I have depression… Severe depression. Are you trying to get me killed?” Emily asked.
“It’s just a crappy case of depression. What’s the big deal? Besides, I’m already getting a divorce with you anyway. Why would I care if you died? Even if you die, that’s what you deserve,” Tom snorted coldly.
“You’re heartless…” Emily said each word loudly and clearly.
“I’ve always been heartless, haven’t I? When I betrayed Xyla for you, you should’ve known how heartless I was. Since you have the guts to seduce a heartless man like me, you should bear all the negative consequences,” Tom uttered coldly. His gaze felt like a sharp blade that could slice through virtual-novel.net heart.
Suddenly, Emily could not find the words to argue against the hurtful things virtual-novel.net said.
“Does this feel bad? It should. I’ve given it a thought, Emily Quest. Perhaps this is karma for what you did to Xyla in the past,” Tom said before laughing coldly.
Emily was clenching virtual-novel.net fists so tightly that virtual-novel.net nails had dug into virtual-novel.net own flesh without virtual-novel.net realizing it.
Tom was nearly driving virtual-novel.net mad. In the next second, Emily covered virtual-novel.net ears and began shouting like a mad person. “Ahhh! ! ! Ahhh! !! Ahhh! ! !”
She pretended to go insane.
Very soon, bodyguards came running out. One of them quickly opened the car door and looked at Emily nervously. “Miss, what happened to you?!”
However, Emily did not say anything. Instead, virtual-novel.net forcefully banged virtual-novel.net head against Tom’s steering wheel.
It seemed like this was the only way to stop Tom from divorcing her.
She actually thought that over time, Tom might calm down, recall the good things about her, and give up on getting a divorce. But now that did not seem possible at all. Hence, virtual-novel.net needed to resort to extreme measures.
In the next second, Emily pretended to pass out.
The bodyguard looked coldly at Tom. “What exactly did you say to her?”
When virtual-novel.net saw the divorce agreement on the ground, the bodyguard immediately understood what was happening. “Isn’t this too much? Don’t you know about the state she’s in now?”
After finishing his sentence, the bodyguard quickly carried Emily out of the car.
Meanwhile, the other bodyguard hastily dialed ‘120’.
Tom had not expected this to happen at all. Right then, apart from being shocked, virtual-novel.net felt even angrier. He failed at convincing Emily to get a divorce again today. It made Torn very upset.
From the looks of Emily’s situation, there was still a lot that had to be done if Tom wanted to get a divorce.
“Sh*t!” virtual-novel.net cursed before stepping on the accelerator and driving away.

After taking a bath, Xyla Quest walked lazily over to the balcony… She was wearing a white silk robe with a white silk skirt on the inside. The outfit made virtual-novel.net seem even more fairy-like.
