“Really? I didn’t come to the office yesterday. Did I actually miss a good show?”
“Exactly… President Xyla was so cool yesterday. When virtual-novel.net husband showed up, virtual-novel.net was pretty awesome too.”
“Really?”
“Of course… I’m so envious of her. My favorite idol, Josh Batton, even liked virtual-novel.net post on Instagram. I’m so jealous.”
“Oh, yeah… Did you know, this morning… Her husband…”
The ladies immediately became quiet when they saw Xyla Quest. After that, they smiled at Xyla.
Xyla politely smiled and nodded at them before virtual-novel.net continued walking to the elevator.
“President Xyla… Keep it up…” A pretty lady behind the reception desk said while virtual-novel.net looked admiringly at Xyla.
“Sure, I will.” Xyla smiled and started walking to the elevator.
When virtual-novel.net entered virtual-novel.net office, virtual-novel.net was shocked.
Her desk was full of shopping bags of various sizes with LV’s logo on them. There was barely any space left.
Xyla quickly walked up to virtual-novel.net desk and carefully checked what was inside each of those bags. Most of the bags contained clothes.
Xyla randomly took a few pieces of garment out from the bags. She realized that these were all clothes for summer.
In fact, virtual-novel.net liked each of them a lot.
Stanley had an immaculate taste in fashion. Hence, Xyla knew that it couldn’t have been anyone else but Stanley who gifted virtual-novel.net so much stuff.
She immediately called Stanley on the phone.
“Did you get the stuff?” Stanley asked.
“Yeah… What’s going on? Why did you buy me so many clothes?” Xyla asked.
“I noticed these clothes when I went down to the shopping mall earlier. I thought they’d look good on you, and so I asked someone to send them over. Do you like them?” Stanley said.
“I do…” Xyla replied.
“Great,” Stanley said.
“Thank you, honey,” Xyla said.
“Don’t mention it…”
“Honey, I’m going to watch Teenage Idol’s finale tonight. I won’t be home for dinner,” Xyla said.
“Okay,” Stanley replied.
After chatting casually for a while, Xyla hung up the phone. After that, virtual-novel.net moved all the shopping bags to the couch. She then turned on virtual-novel.net computer and got ready to work.
After turning virtual-novel.net computer on, virtual-novel.net logged into virtual-novel.net email account to go through virtual-novel.net emails. Right then, virtual-novel.net noticed virtual-novel.net had over 999 unread emails in virtual-novel.net company’s group chat.
Subconsciously, virtual-novel.net clicked on it to have a look. In the next second, virtual-novel.net could see a lot of lemon-shaped emojis all over virtual-novel.net screen.
Out of curiosity, virtual-novel.net began scrolling up the chat history and saw all types of comments.
“President Xyla’s husband is way too nice. Yesterday, virtual-novel.net gave virtual-novel.net a bracelet made of a Martian meteorite. Today, virtual-novel.net gave virtual-novel.net LV clothes… A lot of them…”
“I heard that the stuff virtual-novel.net bought occupied President Xyla’s entire desk.”
“Sigh. Being poor has restricted a great deal of my imagination…”
Usually, when everyone got tired of work, they would chat for a bit in the group chat.
Xyla briefly skimmed through the conversation. However, virtual-novel.net didn’t respond to any of it. After that, virtual-novel.net closed the group chat and opened virtual-novel.net email inbox to start working.

After finishing all virtual-novel.net work at seven o’clock in the evening, Xyla drove to Atlantis Triple Stadium, where Teenage Idol’s finale was held. A group of bodyguards escorted her.
This finale was no different from significant concerts. Audiences were able to purchase tickets to watch the event in the stadium.
There was half an hour left until the finale commenced. Outside the stadium, many people were walking about, and all of them were fans of the reality show’s participants.
There were more women than there were men.
