Willow repeated to Fion what the manager had told her. She slowly looked at Sean as virtual-novel.net spoke.
“What did you say? They signed with all the other companies but not the Quinn family?”
Fion could not bother with the rest. Her heart was full of surprise.
Why does Reach For Will Group seem to have a feud with the Quinn family?
“Yes! Reach For Will Group accepted the contracts of the other companies there. Only Simon’s contract was rejected.” Willow nodded and gave Sean another glance.
Sean looked calm and unsurprised. It was as if virtual-novel.net had expected it, and everything was under his control.
“Reach For Will Group accepted companies that were less successful than Quinn Corporation, but they only rejected the Quinn family. What’s with that?”
“Does the owner of Reach For Will Group has something against the Quinn family?” Fion sat down slowly on the sofa, frowning and thinking.
Willow gently sighed to herself. It was so obvious that they did not even have to think about it.
Reach For Will Group was deliberately picking on the Quinn family!
They just had no idea why Reach For Will Group was doing this.
Did their owner really have a feud with the Quinn family?
Why else would something they were so confident at getting turn out like this?
“I told you there’s no point wasting time.” Sean rolled his wrists, his voice calm.
Fion gave Sean a complicated look, with doubt lurking deep in virtual-novel.net eyes.
Why did Sean know this in advance?
He’s not a member of Reach For Will Group, and virtual-novel.net certainly doesn’t know Reach For Will Group’s top management.
Why was virtual-novel.net so sure?
Fion was not the only one puzzled. Even Willow seemed suspicious.
“Sean, what does this have to do with you?” Willow asked as virtual-novel.net slowly turned to look at Sean.
Sean glanced at Fion and answered, “Simon and Faye are incompetent. It’s expected that they would fail.”
Fion immediately nodded at Sean’s explanation. “You’re right! They’re not as capable as Willow. If Willow had done the talking, virtual-novel.net might have succeeded.”
Fion was convinced about it.
However, Willow still looked at Sean a little hesitantly. She knew more about business than Fion did. Therefore, virtual-novel.net knew more about the ways things were done.
Reach For Will Group’s attitude toward the Quinn family was definitely for a reason. Considering what Sean had said earlier, Willow subconsciously thought Sean had something to do with this. However, on second thought, virtual-novel.net laughed at herself and shook virtual-novel.net head.
How could Sean possibly contact Reach For Will Group?
Even if Sean could contact Reach For Will Group, they would never give up a great business partner like the Quinn family for Sean, would they?
“Oh, let’s stop talking about it. I didn’t expect such a result. I hoped they could succeed.” Willow waved virtual-novel.net hands slightly and said as virtual-novel.net sat down on the couch.
“Hey, girlie. Have you lost your mind?”
“If Simon and Faye succeeded with the partnership, I wonder how they’re gonna brag about it in front of you. Great! They’ve gone there for nothing. I’ll see how they’re gonna brag about it now. Hehehe…” Fion chuckled, feeling happy.
“Mother, how can you think that way? We’re all members of the Quinn family. We should be happy that the Quinn family is getting better.” Willow glanced at Fion with a frown, virtual-novel.net voice sounding unhappy.
“Hmph! So what? You’re just too kind. Think about how they’ve treated us.” Fion snorted as virtual-novel.net replied a little indignantly.
“Yes, you think of them as a family, but they don’t necessarily think the same. Besides, the Quinn family has never given us a cut of their profit. So this time, I’m with Aunt Fion.” Sean nodded slightly and sided with Fion,
“Hmph! You’re perceptive.” Fion froze slightly and then smiled with satisfaction,
“Well…” Willow twisted virtual-novel.net fingers and sell silent.
“Willow, being kind is a good thing, but being kind will only encourage some people to take advantage of you. Some people have no heart. So you’ve got to think for yourself sometimes.”
Sean hesitated for a few seconds but gave Willow some life advice anyway.
Judging by how the Quinn family was treating Willow’s family right now, they probably would not accommodate Willow in the future.
Old Madam Quinn was still alive. Although virtual-novel.net was a little dismissive of Willow’s family, virtual-novel.net would not be too ruthless after all. Once virtual-novel.net was gone, Willow’s family’s status in the Quinn family was in further jeopardy.
It was uncertain whether they could stay.
“Sean, you don’t have to speak anymore. I…” Willow paused and said, “I know everything…”
Sean nodded slightly and said no more.
