“Well…” Ryan hesitated for two seconds but eventually nodded.
He had other things on his mind. Although the unpaid wages should be paid in full, he wanted to keep some of the extra two months’ pay for himself. What Astor did ruined his plan.
However, he dared not refuse, so he could only pay the workers on the spot.
“Pay all workers on the spot. If there’s any problem, I’ll take care of it,” Astor said indifferently, looking at the crowd.

Another round of applause broke out. Astor did things in a way that no one could find fault with him.

The sound of cash notes passing through the detector was pleasing to the ear. Many workers waited in anticipation. None of the unit owners left. Though the money was not for them, they enjoyed watching the money being distributed.
As time went by, more and more workers got their money
The originally noisy and agitated place was now harmonious. The billionaires waiting to see Astor make a fool of himself were now convinced.
As the saying went, money was not everything but people could do nothing without money. They said money could not solve all problems, but people could not solve even the simplest problems without money.
Astor’s way was simple he simply spent money. However he handled things in a way no one else could imitate. It was because no one could be as bold as him.
One could only do whatever he wanted when he had money!

Meanwhile, at Johnson Office.
“Do you understand?” Johnson asked, touching his forehead and looking at Zane after hearing his subordinate’s report.
“I don’t understand either…” Zane immediately shook his head.
Neither of them could understand it. They found what Astor did today simple!
Any businessman could do what Astor did. Therefore, they felt nothing was laudable about Astor’s way of handling things. But, they had to admit one thing. Anyone else might not have been able to do what Astor did. It was what they could not understand.
Why should anyone believe anything Astor said or did?
Everyone was the same. What did he have that the others lacked?
“Did he have a plan? Or is he up to something else? Why am I still confused?” Johnson took a sip of coffee, his eyes full of shock.
“Mr. Dane, I think… We don’t need to care what Astor does. We don’t need a process. It’s good enough if we get a result that we’re happy with. What do you think?” Zane whispered as he looked at Johnson.
“That’s true… Let’s see what he’s going to do next,” Johnson nodded gently and said no more.

All the workers were paid in less than an hour. Those who had been paid were in no rush to leave, and many unit owners were waiting.
“We’ve paid… Again, I don’t care what the Billion Trees Real Estate was like before. Play by my rules after I take over, and you won’t miss a penny of your wages.”
Astor looked at the crowd, and they clapped their hands at hearing Astor’s statement.
“You can rest for two days and resume work the day after tomorrow. Any problem with that?” Astor asked again.

Countless workers nodded.
These workers’ positions were simple. They could make money as long as they had work to do.
Earning the money they deserved with their hard work was what they were after. They were willing to continue to work for Astor if the other party could pay them their wages on time.
Astor nodded gently before turning to look at the unit owners.
“I didn’t deceive you, did I?” Astor asked quietly, looking at the crowd.
He said he would get the construction of those buildings underway in three days. No one believed it at the time.
However, how could they not believe him now that the workers looked so motivated?
Those buildings were at the final stage. It was not a big problem to complete the delivery in a month.
“Let me repeat… Billion Trees Real Estate’s era is over. Starting today, Billion Trees Real Estate is officially renamed Lennon Real Estate. Everything is a new beginning, and all I can promise is everything will be better than before,” Astor said indifferently, looking at the crowd.
Of course, most people shook their heads at his words. They were adults and had heard a lot of empty promises. The key was to see what kind of sincerity you could show.

That random gesture made everyone shut up instantly. The place fell silent. It was a level of authority Jimmy could never achieve.
“I checked several buildings yesterday. The surrounding education facilities and health services are inconsistent or almost non-existent… But I will build hospitals and schools in Lennon Real Estate’s name. As Lennon Real Estate’s unit owners, you’ll have what other unit owners have.”
Astor’s last sentence was domineering. There was a convincing aura in his tone.
