However, Albert shook his head. “Sorry, I refuse.”
“What?” The woman immediately looked shocked.
Perhaps she had not expected the man to reject her request, so she was shocked.
“You’re very ungentlemanly,” The woman shook her head and said in a disappointed tone.
“I was never a gentleman,” Albert replied casually.
“I’m disappointed in you. Are all men in Dragon Kingdom as ungentlemanly as you?” The woman muttered with a frown.
“I’m disappointed in you too. Are foreign women as unreasonable as you?” Albert replied with a smile.
Several Dragon Kingdom men got up and defended the foreign woman by criticizing Albert.
“You have no manners. It’s just changing seats. Do you have to go that far?”
“Oh, do you have to be so fussy about such a trivial matter? What would our foreign friends think of Dragon Kingdom?”
“If I were you, I would have swapped seats. I could have swapped ten seats with all the time spent talking!”
“He’s humiliating Dragon Kingdom!”
What Dragon Kingdom’s men said infuriated Nana. However, Albert pressed his shoulder and shook his head to tell him not to act impulsively.
A middle-aged man with gold-rimmed glasses, who looked like a university professor, came over and said to the foreign woman, “Pretty lady, my seat is also by the window. You can swap with me if you don’t mind.”
“That’s great. Thank you! You’re a gentleman!” The woman smiled and looked even more triumphant.
Then she turned around, looked at Morten, and said, “Even if you won’t swap seats with me, someone will. Do you see how stupid you are now?”
With that said, the woman snorted and sat down happily in the seat by the window after changing seats with the man wearing glasses.
However, it did not end there. Many Dragon Kingdom citizens nearby seemed to have developed hostility toward Albert and were now looking at him contemptuously.
Some even discussed him in a whisper.
“Jeez… Narrow-minded men are a disgrace wherever they go. They humiliate Dragon Kingdom…”
“No wonder Dragon Kingdom has a bad reputation internationally. It seems there are too many such people!”
Nana became angrier as he heard this.
Albert patted him on the shoulder and said indifferently, “Ignore them…”
“Commander, you’re too nice,” Nana said helplessly.
The plane took off.
After a jolt, the plane flew into the air and retracted its landing gear.
Albert turned his head slightly to look at the landscape from the window. Watching the airport get further and smaller and the tall buildings on the ground gradually become as small as matchboxes, he suddenly understood “the landscape” the foreign woman spoke about.
