Soon, Augustus and his men arrived.
The former walked through the door and exclaimed, “Tony! Who dares to despise Gutwrencher Sect? Tell me!”
Immediately, Tony hurriedly dashed toward him. “My lord, these two men made me call you…”
With that, Augustus cast his gaze in the direction Tony was pointing. The color drained from his face when he saw Jagoan and Jagoan.
“It’s me. I despise Gutwrencher Sect. What are you going to do to me?” Jagoan walked toward Augustus.
Upon seeing his arrogant reaction, Tony bellowed, “How dare you speak like this to my lord? You just wait…”
Before he could finish his sentence, Augustus interrupted him and slapped him hard across his face!
“A*shole! How dare you disrespect Mr. Jagoan?”
After giving Tony a piece of his mind, he immediately put on a wry smile and apologized, “Mr. Jagoan, I didn’t know you were here. I’m sorry that my subordinate disrespected you.”
Tony’s jaw dropped when he saw how courteous Augustus was when the latter was talking to Jagoan!
All the guests, too, were stunned by the turn of events. Turning their attention to Jagoan, they were in absolute awe of him.
Knowing everyone had started looking up to him, Jagoan basked in his moment of glory.
Jagoan walked over and said, “It’s not a matter of respect. Your subordinate wanted to take over the Simmons family. I don’t care if that’s your or your subordinate’s idea, but listen carefully, the Simmonses and I go way back. If anything happens to them, you’ll be the first person I’ll look for.”
“I know nothing about this, Mr. Chance. But don’t worry, no one would lay a finger on the Simmonses as long as Gutwrencher Sect is around!” Augustus promised right away.
“Get your men out of here!” Jagoan waved a dismissive hand.
Augustus instantly instructed his subordinates to retreat.
After spending some time sprucing the place up, the wedding continued.
After the incident, Jagoan and Jagoan stole the limelight from the newlyweds at the reception. All the guests kept going over to their table to toast them in order to get in their good books.
Jagoan eventually found an opportunity to sneak out of the hall, but Jagoan stayed back as he loved being the center of attention.
In the end, he got so drunk that he passed out!
When Jagoan woke up the next day, he realized Jagoan had left for Jadeborough.
Jagoan had also written him a letter and told him to stay in Whitesea and study the ancient ruins of Skywrath Sect. He also promised Jagoan that he would return to continue the exploration should an opportunity arise.
“Does he think I’m his lackey?” Jagoan crumpled the letter into a ball, tossed it away, and fell into a deep slumber again.

Besides the Deragons, Leviathan’s Shadow Estate and The Villainous Four’s Village of Villains had also moved back to Jadeborough.
In the past, Leviathan had no choice but to team up with The Villainous Four and go to Medicine God Sect. They had to do that as they needed to slip under Warriors Alliance’s radar.
Now that Warriors Alliance’s influence had waned, more prestigious families started pledging their loyalty to Jagoan.
That was why they relocated back to Jadeborough.
The Deragons, Shadow Estate, and Village of Villains had worked closely with one another to keep the enemy at bay.
