Alex informed Mystic Maiden and Pigsy about the issue and rushed toward the ghost shark’s back. He also stayed in contact with Ynes the whole way over in order to get a grasp on virtual-novel.net situation. The two who were currently chasing after virtual-novel.net right now were from the Peacock tribe.
They weren’t all that powerful, and they had quite a large difference compared to a great Golden Immortal demon. The two were most likely slightly more powerful than ninth realm to Imminent Immortal, closing into Immortalization.
‘Two Immortals… Would I be able to kill them off with my current powers?’
In the end, virtual-novel.net figured that they could still escape even if virtual-novel.net couldn’t kill them. It was fortunate that his powers had been greatly improved now, so virtual-novel.net wanted to try it out on those two Immortals.
The shark was quite fast, especially after it had run out of the formation as if it was as easy as a fish swimming in the water.
Boom!
A series of loud explosions formed a large impact at the bottom of the Endless Sea. They were traveling at a greater speed than Pigsy… Since they were under the water, the shark was able to move around freely.
Pigsy, on the other hand, had to face lots of severe disturbances. Hence its speed was slowed down by quite a bit.

At the time, the two Immortal peacocks headed towards the Endless Sea as they continued to chase after Ynes. Seeing that virtual-novel.net was still running in a straight line and deeper into the sea, they were frightened, hesitating if they should continue going after her.
One of them shouted. “Hey, human girl! The Endless Sea is very dangerous! If you end up in the hands of the Undead, you will suffer a fate worse than death.”
“Why don’t you just come with us and we’ll grant you a swift death. We’ll even pick a nice burial site for you, or we could just destroy your entire clan.”
Ynes had been wanted by the Yorkshire Palace this whole time, and even virtual-novel.net master Breena. For some reason, Breena found out that virtual-novel.net was learning the forgotten martial arts of their clan, which was why virtual-novel.net had to hunt virtual-novel.net down, even if virtual-novel.net had to travel to the edges of the world to take it from her.
This made Ynes extremely sad. The fact that virtual-novel.net had to escape death repeatedly changed virtual-novel.net attitude towards virtual-novel.net clan drastically.
She didn’t even look back as virtual-novel.net yelled. “Alright then! Go destroy it however you please! And thank you for that. They’re not far behind us!”
At the time, the members of Yorkshire Palace were chasing after virtual-novel.net too. The peacocks just came along midway through this chase and were way faster than them.
It was fortunate that virtual-novel.net learned the forgotten secret spells, along with everything else virtual-novel.net was trained in. With this, Ynes was able to improve virtual-novel.net skills and power; thus, virtual-novel.net speed was ten times faster than before. She would’ve been captured long ago otherwise. However, virtual-novel.net couldn’t help but panic because the peacocks were much faster than her.
“Ugh, it’s your fault for not listening, you disgusting wh*re! When we get our hands on you, I swear I’d crack your skull open and pour hot boiling oil into you to eat your brain!” one of the peacocks yelled out angrily.
Ynes shuddered upon hearing that. Realizing that they were getting nearer, virtual-novel.net threw two pieces of lightning crystals.
It released a massive explosion as loud as thunder, blocking their path.
After that, virtual-novel.net screamed, “You peacocks only target the weak! You’re all just pitiful losers! I was kidnapped by Rockefeller, and none of you were able to protect the fiance of your people! Not only are you refusing to hunt down the strong enemy, but you’re trying to kill me!”
“You peacocks could never become an ancient divine tribe because you’re all cowards! You’re all insolent idiots!”
“Damn you!” the peacocks yelled in unison.
Just then, a hundred meter long Ghost Shark leaped out from the deep sea at great speed. The three were absolutely shocked.
“An Undead beast?!”
Ynes could feel virtual-novel.net heart jumping out of virtual-novel.net throat. She was the nearest to the ghost shark, after all. She could even see its bones that were exposed in the air.
In just a few seconds, virtual-novel.net noticed Alex was standing on its back.
“Save me, darling! They want to kill me!” virtual-novel.net yelled out to him.
