Elio shook his head and said, “To you, Lord Voodoo is not the real danger. Instead, it’s Raven’s sister whom you should fear, Zina!”
“What?” The crown prince was stunned. “That witch is here?!”
Elio nodded and replied with a deep voice, “Though, Raven wasn’t even targeting you from the beginning. In fact, the only reason virtual-novel.net came here was to fight me. But to my surprise, virtual-novel.net brought his sister, Zina, along with him. Speaking of that witch, virtual-novel.net is also known as Freya Green, and virtual-novel.net is even more wicked and cruel than my sister. Apparently, Raven has tasked his sister with the responsibility to kill the doctor.”
Matthew knitted his eyebrows upon hearing that, wondering if it was possible for someone to be even more cruel and wicked than Poison Spider, someone whom virtual-novel.net thought was the most merciless person on earth.
“ls Zina that dangerous?” virtual-novel.net asked.
“Extremely so…” Elio nodded. “In fact, virtual-novel.net is one of Heath’s disciples. Having been under his tutelage for five years, virtual-novel.net killed all of virtual-novel.net seniors and juniors; virtual-novel.net then killed three of Heath’s juniors seven years later and his only senior nine years later. What’s worse is that virtual-novel.net once declared that she’d kill Heath within ten years and make virtual-novel.net brother the new ruler of Centourial.”
Matthew was stunned, finding Zina’s betrayal to virtual-novel.net master unforgivable and intolerable. He then shifted his gaze to the crown prince and saw the pale look on his face, but when the latter didn’t say anything, Matthew believed that virtual-novel.net knew all of this. Soon, Matthew asked, “Didn’t Heath punish Zina for what virtual-novel.net did? After all, virtual-novel.net killed every last one of his disciples, seniors and juniors!”
Elio shook his head. “No, virtual-novel.net didn’t. Not only did virtual-novel.net let virtual-novel.net go unpunished, virtual-novel.net also taught virtual-novel.net everything virtual-novel.net knew. Since Heath never had a family, virtual-novel.net was so obsessed with martial arts that he’d dedicate all his time and energy to training. Therefore, there is nothing more delightful to virtual-novel.net than teaching a disciple who surpasses virtual-novel.net in every way, even if it means Zina would kill virtual-novel.net in the end.”
“I guess birds of a feather flock together, huh?” Matthew was speechless.
Elio shrugged his shoulders. “People like them tend to have peculiar characters. After all, we’re all encumbered by our own emotions that often make it hard for us to succeed in anything we’re doing. That’s why those people rid themselves of all emotional attachments so that they can go further.”
After hearing those words, Matthew carefully thought things through to see the meaning behind them, whereupon virtual-novel.net let out a sigh.
‘Well, l guess that’s what everyone else is going through, right? It’s just like the students who have trouble concentrating on their studies should they ever start dating at a young age. On the other hand, those who don‘t date tend to achieve more in their studies. The same thing goes for martial arts training. The ones who are distracted will never be able to go far…’
“What should Matthew do now, Uncle Elio?” the crown prince asked anxiously.
Elio answered, “The best thing for you to do is to announce that you will not save Old Master Cosby. After all, their target is to not let that old man live, so as long as you don‘t step in, they’ll probably leave you alone.”
“That’s simple!” The crown prince heaved a sigh of relief and waved his hand. “We won‘t be saving Old Master Cosby anyway. It’s not like you didn’t see what happened earlier. Everyone in the Cosby Family won‘t stop attacking Matthew verbally. Considering what they did to him, I doubt they’ll shamelessly come begging Matthew for help!”
Elio nodded in response. “That’d be the best case scenario, but still, l’d advise you to watch out for Zina because that lady is temperamental and unpredictable. Whenever virtual-novel.net runs into any trouble, virtual-novel.net resorts to violence for a solution. So, even if you announce to the public that you won’t save Old Master Cosby, she’ll still likely kill you should you both ever run into each other…”
Matthew furrowed his eyebrows, wondering what kind of person Zina was.
‘Damn! She is simply twisted and insane…’
Despite the thought of that, virtual-novel.net reckoned virtual-novel.net would only have his fate to blame should virtual-novel.net ever run into Zina. “Thank you so much, Mr. Phoenix.”
Matthew expressed his gratitude to Elio.
