’What the f*ck? What’s happening?’
Everyone had the same question running through their head. ‘Why was Mr. Wilson from Violet Vision Media Corp here?’
Faye’s body trembled violently as virtual-novel.net pupils quickly contracted, a look of disbelief occupying virtual-novel.net face. The name Violet Vision had left a huge impact on her. That was because, at the very mention of the name, virtual-novel.net was reminded of that tall figure with the funny clown mask, the cold and domineering chairman of Violet Vision!
Instantly, virtual-novel.net heart began to race uncontrollably. Her face, which had already lost its color, was now gradually turning red. Her fluctuating emotions had made virtual-novel.net a shade of bright red. She bit virtual-novel.net lip and unknowingly clenched virtual-novel.net fists. ‘If Wilson’s here, wouldn’t that mean that the chairman’s here too?’
‘Most importantly, why has Wilson shown up at Neotech at a time like this… Does that mean that the chairman’s been paying attention to my affairs? He knows that I’m in danger, that I’m desperate, so he’s appeared to help me out of my sticky situation like last time!’
‘Frankly, I refuse to believe that Violet Vision is actually going to invest in Neotech because of Wilson’s opinion. It’s impossible. I know that Neotech is literally nothing in the face of a huge cooperation like Violet Vision, I know it all too well. The disparity between the two companies is just jarring, so there’s not a chance that Violet Vision would actually invest in us, especially when there’s literally no point in investing in Neotech right now!’
‘However, Wilson’s really here, so that can only mean one thing, this has all been arranged by the chairman!’
At such an idealistic thought, a spark of light had been ignited within Faye’s heart as it began to skip a beat. She felt unusually ecstatic. Though what mattered the most was that virtual-novel.net was greatly the sweet gesture.
Over the past few days, the chairman of Violet Vision had been the subject of virtual-novel.net daydreams. She desperately hoped that virtual-novel.net would be able to meet virtual-novel.net again. However, virtual-novel.net prayers always remained unanswered, and the chairman never did actually appear again.
Consequently, virtual-novel.net had been experiencing depressive episodes, losing all interest in virtual-novel.net life once again. However, now with the chairman’s reappearance, virtual-novel.net motivation in life had been revived. She felt at ease.
In virtual-novel.net heart, the chairman of Violet Vision was an omnipotent being. As long as virtual-novel.net made a move, there was nothing that could stand in his way. No task was a tall order for him.
Zayn raised his lips faintly. ‘Wilson’s finally here! This is going to be a good show. The look on their faces when they realize who they’re messing with, it’ll be priceless!’
‘Also, I’m curious about Faye’s reaction. She’s definitely going to be touched. In fact, there’s even a chance that she’ll be so touched that she’ll give me a reward.’
At the thought of such a scenario playing out, Zayn became very excited as the arch on his lips grew larger and larger. He could not suppress it, his laughter came in the form of a loud burst.
Nevertheless, at that moment, no one had their attention on Zayn because they were all still shocked by the news, including George. George was stunned for so long that Inspector Reynolds had to yell at virtual-novel.net a few times before virtual-novel.net was able to regain his senses. Then, George made a turnaround and told Inspector Reynolds that virtual-novel.net had dialed the wrong number.
Soon after, George anxiously asked the person who had reported about Wilson’s arrival, “Are you sure it’s Sean Wilson of Violet Vision Media Corp? It’s definitely him, and not someone imposter?”
The man ferociously nodded his head and said, “That’s right, Chairman! It’s Sean Wilson, the director of Violet Vision. He’s here to invest in Neotech!”
After finally understanding what was happening, everyone was violently trembling at the prospect of a great deal. They were grinning from ear to ear. The look they had on their faces was literally akin to that of someone on the verge of drowning, who had finally caught sight of a lifebuoy after being days out at sea.
“Where’s Mr. Wilson now? Hurry up and send virtual-novel.net over!” George’s face had turned completely red from all his enthusiasm.
During his fit of happy anxiety, virtual-novel.net even fumbled and flipped a cup on the table. However, none of that mattered at the moment because virtual-novel.net suddenly seemed to have thought of something and hurriedly said, “Forget it. I’ll meet up with virtual-novel.net personally. We can’t keep Mr. Wilson waiting!”
