Sigh, it seemed that virtual-novel.net lucked out in the romance department. Unknowingly, virtual-novel.net now had numerous women by his side.
After all that virtual-novel.net had gone through, Zayn was more mature in his ways of doing things now. He would never put all his eggs in one basket. Even with Lysithea covering for him, virtual-novel.net was going to double up his preparation.
During this while, virtual-novel.net committed to more charities and secured his societal status. His reputation in the circle was rising slowly as well. This way, Sicut In Caelo would have to consider it seriously if they actually wanted to do anything to him.
Zayn was currently a Combat Instructor of the Insurgent Trifecta and had to teach there at least twice a month.
Since fighting 1-on-100 that day and squashing a whole division, his reputation in the Insurgent Trifecta grew. Many were courteous when they saw virtual-novel.net and would respectfully greet virtual-novel.net as Sergeant Larson. The soldiers from Division 4, especially, were thoroughly impressed by Zayn and behaved well in front of him.
Of course, there were those who did not approve of virtual-novel.net such as Wolf’s Fang. The most they did when they saw Zayn was nod. If they were in a good mood, perhaps there might be a “Sergeant Larson” as a greeting, but if they were feeling sour, they ignored virtual-novel.net directly.
Nevertheless, Zayn did not care for their behavior. He was here in the Insurgent Trifecta as an instructor. Other than that, virtual-novel.net was free of obligation. He was also uninterested in Wolf’s Fang.
After virtual-novel.net had stabilized his state in tier-4 of the master fighter level, virtual-novel.net began to slowly explore tier-5, the perfect class.
On this particular day, virtual-novel.net was packing up to go home after teaching the last class of the month when hurried footsteps made their way to his room.
“Sergeant! Sergeant! Something’s happened!”
“Sergeant! It’s an emergency!”
“Wolf’s Fang is too much. They were bloody brutal, d*mn it…”
“Sergeant…”
Four people dashed into Zayn’s room shortly. They were all his soldiers with fury written across their faces and their fists clenched tight in rage. Zayn paused when virtual-novel.net noted their state and asked, “What happened?”
One of the soldiers stepped up to answer furiously, “Sergeant, Austin and the others are being beaten up by the guys in Wolf’s Fang?’
Another soldier added, “Yeah, they’ve stepped over the line. They’re beating Austin and others up so badly.”
“That’s not all. They’re hurling insults too, saying that Division 4 is trash, and they called you trash too, Sergeant! They are absolute bullies!”
All four soldiers complained in vehemence. As they chorused, Zayn briefly understood what happened. The soldiers from Wolf’s Fang had thrashed those in Division 4 over some argument. Wolf’s Fang was insolent, beating people up over a slight disagreement and landing a hard hand, as well as spewing insults.
Zayn frowned. He knew that brawls often happened in the Insurgent Trifecta, but their superior did not really care as long as the damage was not severe.
“From what you said, can’t over a dozen of you overpower the three of them?” Zayn asked, looking at the soldiers.
They flushed at once and hung their head to murmur, not answering the question directly and finding it hard to speak.
Zayn knew that virtual-novel.net would not be able to fish much out from them judging by their reaction, so virtual-novel.net stood up. “Alright, no need to act dead. Take me there.”
When they heard that Zayn intended to intervene, they were elated. To these soldiers, Wolf’s Fang was doomed so long as Zayn took action!
