When Life Takes a Turn – Chapter 1026

The fresh blood immediately became diluted in the seawater. The stench of a master fighter’s blood was much stronger than an ordinary person’s. The coppery stench of the gulp of fresh blood that Dick spat out was equal to half the amount of blood in an ordinary person’s body. On the other hand, the stench of blood in the sea would draw sharks in in a heartbeat.

Zayn’s kick was not gentle in the least. Dick’s enormous body slammed into the seawater akin to a cannonball and caused a large splash, and the resulting intense impact damaged his internal organs severely.

He gave Zayn a thumbs up even.

Zayn cracked a smile. He felt rather delighted to be able to beat Dick up until he was convinced. Since Dick was a member of the Insurgent Trifecta who served the country with outstanding battle achievements, he found that he could not bring himself to hate a national hero like the latter.

As a result, he took the initiative to extend his hand at Dick and say, “Let’s head back then.”

Dick was immediately stunned by Zayn’s kindness. He did not expect that Zayn would not proceed to mock him after defeating him but even actually lend him a helping hand.

All at once, he was overwhelmed with emotions in his heart. He admired Zayn even more because the man even surpassed him in humanity.

He had just stood up when Zayn furrowed his brows all of a sudden. Zayn said in a deep voice, “Oh, f*ck, the sharks are here!”

Upon hearing that, Dick was stunned for a moment. Soon afterward, he followed Zayn’s gaze and looked over to find a school of sharks swimming over swiftly not far away. It was apparent that the blood he spat out earlier had drawn the creatures in.

No matter how powerful they were in the sea, they were still human beings anyhow and were no match for the overlord of the sea, the shark, especially when there were quite a large number of them!

Zayn had also realized the danger, so he made a prompt decision and said, “Let’s head back to the cruise. Hurry!”

Dick nodded strenuously. He did not comment further and began running right away.

What a waste that he was severely injured by Zayn’s heavy kick earlier. As soon as he exerted himself, his entire body convulsed in pain and slowed him down.

Noticing Dick’s situation, Zayn realized that he could not allow this to persist, so he immediately stepped back and pushed Dick from behind by placing his hands around Dick’s waist and dashing quickly. With Zayn’s momentum, Dick found that it was much easier to run instantly. It did not take long before they returned to the side of the cruise.

“Instructor Cheney, you should head up first!” said Zayn in a deep voice, then with his strength, he tossed Dick up to the deck.

Dick was astonished once again. He did not expect that Zayn would actually help him to get up the cruise first. One should know that the school of sharks had already arrived by their side, and staying a moment longer in the sea would mean indefinite danger to them!

“Instructor Larson, you…”

Zayn answered with a spurious smile, “I’m going to fight the school of sharks.”

Dick was even more astounded. What the heck? They were just engaged in a ferocious fight earlier, yet after exhausting so much strength, Zayn still wanted to fight the sharks? He was well aware of Zayn’s indomitable power, but these were sharks. Moreover, they were in the sea. Did Zayn even have the ability to deal with the sharks?

However, Zayn did not give him a chance to speak further before he tossed Dick up onto the deck.

The rest of the people on the cruise were dumbfounded by the situation as well. They did not even manage to see who won in the fight between Dick and Zayn earlier.

By the time Dick got onto the deck, everyone shifted their gaze to him. Dick paid no attention to them as he immediately cast his gaze to Zayn down below.
