Zayn had no choice but to acknowledge that the woman was very pleasant to the eye. Her mannerism was not vulgar, and she had a fine figure that was dressed provocatively. Under such circumstances, no man would be able to remain calm in her presence, not even Zayn.
Zayn had no lack of receiving invitations of this manner for the past two days. He felt rather frustrated in his heart. No wonder many men made mistakes once they became rich.
At that very instance, he was infatuated.
Noticing that Zayn did not speak, the person assumed that he agreed. She immediately cracked a pleasantly surprised smile on her face and was about to walk into the room.
In truth, there was constant competition amongst the people of her circle for the past two days. They wanted to see which one of them could be the first to get Zayn. Before this, many of the exquisite social butterflies had already come back disappointed, which only made Zayn become more and more precious to them.
If she could get Zayn and spend a good time with him for the night, it would certainly boost her reputation in the circle!
If she could sleep with a man of Zayn’s identity, she would be the one at an advantage.
What a waste that she had underestimated Zayn. Just as she assumed that he was already infatuated with her and she stepped foot into the room, Zayn spoke, “I’m sorry. The shower in my room is broken as well. I think it’s better for you to ask someone else.”
The social butterfly was not embarrassed in the slightest bit. She stretched her arm out and placed it on Zayn’s shoulder then began to slide her finger along his collar gently.
However, it was not an especially attractive gesture to Zayn. He did not lack masculinity, but it was because he was already surrounded by so many beautiful women in his life. In other words, Zayn’s ability to control himself was already honed by Shaelyn, so how could he be attracted to other women?
He said straightforwardly, “I’m not interested. It’s best for you to leave, please.”
The social butterfly was getting a little desperate. She hastily said, “Don’t worry, Mr. Larson. I won’t make you bear any responsibilities! I won’t tell anyone either. I admire you very much, and I just want to share some unforgettable memories with you!”
Unfortunately, it was still far from enough for Zayn. His ability to control himself had already achieved an extent beyond an ordinary person’s imagination.
He shook his head and repeated, “I’m already married. It’s best you leave, please.”
Upon saying that, he shut the door without feeling much emotion in his heart.
The woman clenched her teeth in anger while her expression was filled with reluctance and dejection. However, there was nothing else she could do.
Zayn shook his head in frustration after he shut the door. He smiled, not feeling the slightest remorse at all. He turned on his phone and found his photo with Faye on his wallpaper.
He gave Faye a call and chatted with her for more than an hour until she was tired. Only then he hung up the call.
He felt very pleased now to have a fine wife like Faye who was caring, virtuous, and docile while having an intimate friend like Shaelyn who was so considerate. Moreover, he was a master fighter himself, so what more could he have asked for?
Two days passed quickly. 0n the third day, the cruise traveled back to the pier. Zayn bade the Youngs and Dick farewell then returned to Barrow Cove. He wanted to see Faye badly now.
When he was home, he found Faye watering the plants in the garden. The sunlight shone on her face and made her appear especially stunning. The sight of her melted Zayn’s heart into a puddle of love and affection.
