The blood drained from Prince William’s face. He was even more terrified after witnessing the scene, just as expected.
He was so scared that he was bawling profusely, tears and snot running down his face. He lost all his mannerisms of a prince.
Alice was disappointed to see Prince William in such a state. William was supposed to be the prince representing the prestige of the royal family, yet he had actually started crying in fright.
Even a woman like her, though terrified by the circumstances, had not shed a tear. In comparison, Prince William had broken down completely.
Taking a deep breath, she forced herself to calm down and said, “What do you want from us?”
The assassin grew even more impatient. He did not answer the question rudely exclaimed, “Out!”
Alice was so startled that her knees buckled, and her legs could no longer support her. No matter how composed she was, she was still a woman and an ordinary person. It was very hard for her to remain calm in a situation like this.
Meanwhile, she glanced sideways at Viola standing next to her and discovered that he appeared very calm. He was not as anxious as she imagined he would be, and it astounded her.

Prince William noticed Viola’s calm demeanor and hastily called out, “Rheasian! Didn’t you claim that you’d protect us?! Now is the time for you to show what you’re made of! Go and fight them quickly!”
Viola was ignoring him, so he tried to use his status as the prince to command him.
Alice was still looking forward to seeing Viola’s performance at first, yet she was immediately disappointed by his lack of action.

Meanwhile, the sounds of fierce fighting could be heard nearby once again before the noises came to a stop as the royal bodyguards were wiped out.
Soon, the assassins surrounded them.
There were a total of ten assassins. They had savage-looking masks covering their faces and their malicious presence did not feel human-like anymore but more like monsters.

Outside, they saw the situation surrounding them. Tragically, more than twenty dutiful royal bodyguards had died. Prince William’s mind went blank after seeing them and he almost stumbled.
Alice was not doing so good either. Had Viola not propped her up from the side, she would have slumped to the ground.
Soon, a muscular man standing close to two meters tall walked over. He was wearing a skintight suit that accentuated his chiseled physique. One could tell at a glance that he was a handsome man.
He made his way to Prince William and began to speak, “Hello, Prince William.”
