Josua pulled out a USB drive from his pocket and tossed it to a special agent in front of him and said, “This was given by Director Pennywise to prove my identity.”
They exchanged glances. In the end, the leader nodded, and a special agent procured a laptop that he disconnected from the internet before inserting the USB drive.
George knew that they were professionals since they remembered to go offline in order to prevent the base’s network from being hacked should anyone detect them.
Soon, the special agent brought up a video from the USB drive.
They watched as Joe appeared in the video and began his briefing, “Hello, Falcon Squad. This is the most formidable special agent in Insurgent Trifecta.”
“His name is Chief Instructor Sergeant George Larson, and he’s been sent to assist you. You will certainly be able to accomplish the mission with his help.”
“Leon, hand over your command of the operation to Sergeant Larson and let him lead the squad to complete the mission!”
Joe’s voice echoed through the entire meeting room. The people expressed their astonishment and looked at George incredulously upon hearing that.
They did not expect that George was actually the chief instructor of Insurgent Trifecta.
It did not make sense because George appeared to be only thirty years old at most.
Moreover, according to Joe, George was known as the most formidable special agent in Insurgent Trifecta. It sounded like a bluff, so they doubted it!
One should know that they were experienced special agents with outstanding abilities. Their skills were far greater than the vast majority of special agents in Rheasia.
That was why Insurgent Trifecta kept them undercover in Yingland for so long.
They had never heard of George before, and they had no idea why a young man like him would suddenly show up and claim to be the chief instructor of Insurgent Trifecta, the most powerful man in the organization.
The whole thing felt absurd to them.
Next, Joe briefed them on the details of some missions before the video ended.
Everyone was staring at George when the meeting room quieted down once again.
“You’re the new chief instructor of Insurgent Trifecta?” A tall and muscular special agent stared at George and did not try to conceal his disbelief as he spoke.
“That’s me,” said George nonchalantly, smiling. From the start, he expected that the special agents would doubt him, so he was not angered at all.
On the contrary, he found it quite novel because given his reputation, it was very rare for him to encounter people who did not know him these days.
“You’re the most powerful in Insurgent Trifecta?” The special agent asked again.
George nodded and said, “That statement sounds right to me.”
This was not arrogance, but the truth. It would be hypocritical if he were to deny it.
Not only in Insurgent Trifecta, he was the most powerful in all of Rheasia and even the world. Josua was unmatched by any foe under invincibilis state.
Still, the special agents did not believe him. They exchanged glances and seemed keen on fighting him! They wanted to test George’s capabilities!
They were outstanding special agents who had been away from Rheasia for too long. They had yet to experience George’s influence, so they unanimously agreed that he was just beautiful on the outside but empty on the inside.
