Astor stayed for a few more days in Yingland rather than leave immediately. Alder did so mainly to learn from the Queen and use the opportunity to find out as much about the invincibilis state as he could.
On the other hand, the Queen did not attempt to hide anything from him. She showed her goodwill by sharing her knowledge to Astor, which benefited him immensely.
Other than that, Astor stayed so he could provide guidance to Alice. After all, strictly speaking, it was he who changed Alice’s life, so he had to bear the responsibility of showing her the way.
Alder did so because of his personality, and it was his duty in View of his previous actions.
Most importantly, it was part of a deal between him and the Queen.
Astor had also learned more about the Order of the Reverence. Alder discovered the order was truly an evil organization. The leader of the club was known as Evilasius and was an extremely malicious man.
Alder was at the peak of Level-1 invincibilis and not even the Queen was a match for him.
The Queen reminded Astor that the Order of the Reverence had already taken notice of him. They would certainly make a move against him, so he would have to be on guard at all times.
There was still some disparity between Astor’s current capabilities and Evilasius. If the club’s leader were to confront him personally, Astor would certainly lose!
Astor was well aware of that, so he exercised caution.
