Hydradiara felt extremely saddened by how vigilant and cautious Faye was looking at her.
At the same time, she felt very angry because she understood that the reason behind her sister’s fear was most certainly due to Hydrakandy bullying her. Her sister was so badly frightened!
She inhaled a deep breath and said softly, “Don’t worry, sis. I promise you that I won’t hurt you! You’re my big sis!”
Faye let down her guard slowly and relaxed upon hearing Hydradiara’s remark. She could feel that the woman did not harbor ill intentions toward her. In fact, the woman was kind and sincere to her.
Most importantly, the woman looked very similar to her. In truth, she had almost figured out that the woman named Hydradiara standing before her was her biological younger sister.
“Are you really my younger sister?” asked Faye softly.
Hydradiara was pleasantly surprised by the remark and hastily said, “Yes, yes! My name is Hydradiara and I’m your second youngest sister, sis. Could it be that you’ve forgotten about me?”
Faye shook her head and said, “I’m sorry. I don’t remember you very well.”
Hydradiara was very saddened because she remembered profoundly and had the closest relationship to Faye before. In turn, it was her eldest sister who defended her the most.
However, her eldest sister suddenly disappeared after the incident that took place many years ago.
She could still remember what had happened. She frequently went out searching for her sister over the years, yet she failed to find her no matter how hard she tried.
Franky, she was delighted to be reunited with her eldest sister.
“It seems that you’ve experienced much in the common world, sis. The thing inside you is affecting you too much… You’re still my eldest sister!”
Hydradiara cracked a smile and said, “Please allow me to formally introduce myself. I’m Hydradiara Sone and I’m your younger sister. Your name is Hydralerna Sone.”
In truth, Faye had already figured out that her name was Hydralerna, but she did not have many memories of Hydradiara or Hydrakandy.
Other than her not too pleasant childhood and her family background, there were far too many things that she did not remember anymore.
“I’m sorry, but I still don’t remember you,” said Faye guiltily.
Hydradiara shook her head and said, “It’s fine. We will have plenty of time to catch up from now on. Sis, can you please tell me how your life has been in the common world over these years?”
Faye pondered for a moment before she said, “I’m known as Faye Carter now and I come from a normal family in the common world. I’m happily married…”
“Hold on.” Hydradiara suddenly interrupted Faye and said, “You’re already married, sis?”
Hydradiara’s reaction caught Faye by surprise. Could it be that Hydradiara did not know about her identity in the common world?
It was apparent that Hydrakandy lost her temper earlier because she found out that Faye’s husband was Jagoan, the mortal enemy of the clubs’ world.
Faye nodded and said, “Yes, I’m married.”
Hydradiara furrowed her eyebrows and said in a slightly displeased tone, “Who in the common world is worthy of being your spouse?”
Faye said, “His name is Jagoan Larson. I believe that you should know about him, right?”
“What?”
Hydradiara had such a huge reaction to Faye’s remark She widened her eyes incredulously and said, “You must be joking, right? Your husband is actually Jagoan Larson, the man who just returned from Shangri-la after beating King Erik to death?”
