Osiris spoke in a very friendly manner as if he was looking forward to meeting his son-in-law.

Even though Osiris did not mention it, how could Jagoan not realize it? Osiris would most certainly hurt Faye if he were to reject the invitation!
He kept quiet for a while before he chuckled and said, “Sure, I will most certainly accept my father-in-law’s invitation to visit Regicide Heofon. However, I’ve been quite busy recently and it’s possible that I won’t be able to head over soon.”
“Why don’t you come over to Rheasia and meet me here instead? If you’re willing to come, I will certainly treat you well!”
Jagoan made a very pleasant-sounding remark, so there was utterly no way one could notice the hidden hostility in his tone.
Osiris chuckled and narrowed his eyes. He had never met Jagoan in person, but he was already used to hearing about his reputation!
In the past, he would never be bothered to pay attention to a young man like Jagoan. However, he had no choice but to acknowledge that Jagoan had already caught his attention by now.
In fact, he could even feel threatened and that was why he ordered Faye to make the call. He did not mind using his daughter to threaten Jagoan at all!
Even though Jagoan was very powerful and managed to display his gifts, Osiris did not take Jagoan too seriously if he were to tell the truth that came from his heart.
His attention was mainly focused on Faye. If he could figure out a way to acquire Faye’s Rhea Physique, Jagoan would be no match for him no matter how formidable Jagoan was!

He chuckled with a bright, kind smile on his face. He said, “Hah-hah, that’s very thoughtful of you and I’m very pleased about that. However, I’m old now and I can’t walk very well, so it’s inconvenient for me to travel so far.”

Upon hearing that, Jagoan’ s eyes were clouded with immense murderous intent!
He was convinced that Osiris would hurt Faye.
The big day mentioned by Osiris was definitely not a good event but a bad event.
Even though he had no idea why Osiris would go to great lengths to go to Rheasia and take away Faye, he was convinced that Osiris was up to no good. He would never believe that Osiris did it out of fatherly love for Faye!
He hesitated for some time while his mind was working at full speed. At last, he nodded in agreement. “Sure. Since you’ve extended your invitation to me, I’ll be there for sure.”
Osiris chuckled and said ‘great’ before he passed the phone to Faye.
As soon as he turned his head to the side and his back against Faye, there was icy coldness and murderous intent on his face immediately. Where was his prior kind and affectionate expression?
