According to his initial plan, he was supposed to continue hiding until more time had passed. The security in Regicide Heofon would certainly be breached at some point and it would be time for him to break free with Faye.
However, he realized that he could not stay there anymore due to Faye’s condition. He had to force his way out!
Even though he knew it was a risky move, he had no other choice.
He hugged Faye, lowered his head and gave her cheek a gentle peck “Don’t worry, Jagoan. I promise to take you to break out of the encirclement. Have a good rest.”
Upon saying that, he walked out of their hiding spot in long strides with Faye in his arms.
Sensing his movements, Faye immediately opened her eyes and said in an anxious, panicked tone, “No, Jagoan, don’t!”
However, how could she persuade Jagoan when he had already made up his mind?
As soon as Jagoan walked outside with Faye in his arms, the guards’ attention was immediately drawn to him. They looked over to him instantly.
